Questions about a massage for two
Do we share a room?
Yes. One double room with two tables a few feet apart and a folding screen between them, and one therapist for each of you. Each table is set up for the person on it.
Can we have different pressure?
Yes. Each therapist asks the person on their table about pressure and areas to avoid, so one of you can be light and the other firm in the same hour.
Can one of us stop?
Yes, at any time and for any reason. Your therapist stops right away. The other session carries on unless that person asks to stop too.
Am I covered the whole time?
Yes. Each of you is covered by your own sheet, and only the part we are working on is uncovered.
How do we get on the table?
We leave the room while you get under your sheet. If you would rather change one at a time, one of you can wait in the lounge while the other settles.
Can we ask for a woman or a man?
Tell us when you book. Each of you can say which you would prefer, and we set the tables up to match.
What if one of us is pregnant or unwell?
Ask your doctor or midwife before booking, and tell your therapist at the start. We do not diagnose, and we may suggest you check with your doctor first.
Is massage here for adults only?
Yes. A grown child is welcome with a parent. For anyone under 18, call us before you book.
How long should we book?
A first visit together is often 60 minutes. If you are short on time, 30 minutes covers the neck and shoulders; for a slower hour and a half, book the longer session.
Can one of us stay longer than the other?
Yes. Added time can be booked for one table or both. The other of you can rest in the lounge or stay on the table and rest.
Should we tip?
Tipping is optional. Each of you can add it when you pay, or hand it to your therapist.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours to move or cancel. If one of you can't come, the other session stays booked. Read the full policy on the policies page.
How does pricing work?
The price is set by the length of each session and shown on the booking page before you confirm. The pricing page explains what changes it.
Where do we park?
There is parking behind the building, with a door onto the lounge.
